Have recently been skiing in Tignes, it was an unforgettable experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to Kelly, our chef, who took care of our culinary needs during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail in the kitchen was beyond impressive.
Kelly was not only a culinary expert but also a wonderful host. Every meal felt like a special occasion, with carefully crafted dishes Dinner was an experience we looked forward to every evening.
Kelly masterfully combined comfort and sophistication, creating dishes that were both hearty and refined. One standout was the home made Thai Fish cakes, they were amazing and rich with deep earthy flavours, Every course was presented beautifully, with flavour combinations that delighted the senses.
What made Kelly truly exceptional, though, was her ability to cater to individual preferences and dietary restrictions while still delivering high-quality meals. Kelly went above and beyond to make everyone feel special. After a long day of skiing, coming back to the chalet to a warm, delicious meal prepared by such a talented chef felt like the perfect reward.
The intimate, personalized dining experience was a key highlight of our stay, and it was clear that Kelly's passion for food and hospitality made all the difference Highly recommended!

7 Guests In February this year, myself and six friends and family members booked a chalet in Val D'Isere for a special celebration week's skiing. Before the trip, Chef Kelly reached out to check for any allergies, intolerances, or specific requests. She shared sample menus and was flexible in adjusting dishes to our preferences. Coordinating mealtimes with Kelly was smooth, and all the food she prepared was delicious, well-presented, and abundant. Kelly provided us with amazing breakfasts and wonderful dinners. With three trained chefs in our group, we had high expectations which Kelly met and exceeded effortlessly. She is a very friendly and personable, who quickly felt like part of the group. Kelly worked diligently and always left the chalet kitchen spotless. All seven of us would highly recommend her without hesitation.

“Our group of 16 (8 adults and 8 children) stayed in a chalet in Tignes in February 2024 and 2025 catered for by Kelly. We specifically rebooked in 2025 because of Kelly and what a great chef she was. She catered for everyone in the group and no request was ever too much. We had some very fussy children (and adults) but Kelly made sure everyone was looked after. The food was always delicious whether it was breakfast, tea or dinner. Kelly was so meticulous with preparation and cleanliness and the whole group loved her. We’d definitely recommend Kelly!!!”
